Crystals are organic materials formed in the earth. A crystal is a solid whose atoms are arranged in a "highly ordered" repeating pattern. If a material has its atoms arranged in one of them, then that material is a crystal. Crystals hold energy, and humans are made up of energy, we can exchange energy with the crystal when it's near us.
